The Stöckli Montero AX Ski gives you Swiss quality that you can use every time you go to the mountain. It’s built around a full-wood Light Core, which combines multiple varieties of wood and is reinforced with a titanal layer for improved durability and efficiency energy transfers. But that metal features Stöckli’s Flex Torsion Control system, a series of wave-shaped cuts that influence the way the whole ski responds to pressure. Together with the Adaptive Contact Length that results in a ski that initiates turns easily, allowing for effortless minor adjustments as you make your way down the mountain, but then digs in hard when it’s time to carve.

KEY FEATURES
  • Rocker in the Tip and Tail Makes the ski turn easier, float better, and handle quicker when transferring edge-to-edge
  • Wave-shaped channels cut into the Titanal reinforcement is part of the Flex Torsion Control system that gives the front and back of the ski improved control
  • Adaptive Contact Length shaping allows you to engage more edge the more you lean the ski over, resulting in easy control and powerful hold for deep carves
